Beyond Impatient...

Hi peoples,

I just wanted to keep everyone updated on my unborn child.. We go in April 5 for my last ultrasound & they will be able to tell me his current size & also try to estimate his birth weight. I will begin to be "checked" weekly after that, which is SO exciting. I'm ALMOST done w/ school (April 8 is my last day, woo-woo) & being 8 months pregnant is really distracting me!! Chris & I have been BEYOND blessed because of all of you guys generousity, & I have officially marked absolutely everything off of my checklist that I created when I was about 5 months along, haha! Either Elizabeth or I will upload a picture of his last ultra sound & update you on the 5th.
One last thing... my graduation is May 8 & I decided the only thing that's keeping me from walking is if I'm in the hospital. I plan to send out invitations & everything because after a lot of debating, I believe I deserve some freaking recognition after 4 years of hard work, even if it is minor news compared to our new son, haha! I realize that some of you will have your own graduations to attend to, but everyone is welcome to come to mine at UCA. My 22nd birthday is May 9, so maybe we can have one huge celebration for my birthday, Mothers day, graduations, & Caden's birthday! :) That would make for one, long cake message.

It's raining... First bad weather the whole trip!

We are headed back to the brewery for our tour!

The Great Fisherman

Michael came in 13th place out of 120 in the fishing tournament at Lake DeGray.. He won $200.00!!!! Yeah Michael congratulations.... we love you...Mama and Greg

Rest and Dinner

Finally found a decently priced hotel. This is one of the more expensive cities we've been to!

Now we're headed to Fitzgerald's Pub for dinner.

NOTE: Nobody missed the activities in Nashville. We finally got to a hotel at 10pm and fell over exhausted from the 13 hour drive. We had planned to see the night life, but decided that Pancake Pantry would be the city's fun.

The brewery was closed too! They open again for tours at 10:30am though. Sweet!

Time to find a hotel and some dinner!

Well, the Arch Ride to the Top was closed so we drove a few miles up the road to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery for a tour!

Good morning! Heading to Pancake Pantry for breakfast, we passed the Massey School of Music Business at Belmont University in Nashville (where I almost ended up!). Josh Turner went to college here.

Detour!

A rockslide closed I-40 West into Tennessee, so we had to take a detour. It didn't get Nicola frazzled, though. Calm and cool, she responded to the news quickly with an alternate route. Back on track!

We took a nap! After go-carts, golf, walking around Broadway at the Beach and walking down the Surfside coast, we were tired!

The water is super cold but we got our feet wet anyway. The coast is beautiful with birds and nice beach houses and white sand. We took a ton of pictures!

Good morning from Myrtle Beach!

We slept in 'cause we were TIRED! But now we're up and we're going to see what we can get into. Those go carts sound awesome!

Ocean Front Property

Right out those balcony doors is the ocean. I can hear the waves crashing on the beach. Man, it's been a long two days, but we made it to the farthest point on our journey at 1:15am CDT: Myrtle Beach, SC. The ocean smells amazing... We'll sleep well tonight!
